Hotel Questions Answered – The Enclave

Vacation is a truly exciting time and many guests like to plan their trips in advance. We made this blog post to answer some frequently asked question and offer tips on how to best enjoy your stay at The Enclave Hotel & Suites.
Location: We are located just minutes away from International Drive and from all the Orlando theme parks. We offer shuttle transportation to theme parks. For more details, visit our website.
Internet: feel free to surf as much as you want, because our wi-fi is complimentary in all guestrooms and public areas.
Pet policy: Unfortunately, while we love our furry friends we do not allow pets. However, service animals with documentation are accepted.
Bed Sizes: Our Deluxe Studio Suites offer one queen bed and a full size sleeper sofa. The 2-bedroom suites offer one queen bed, one full size sleeper sofa and two twin size beds. At this time, none of our suites offer a king size bed.
Dining options: We have a Pizza Hut onsite and there are plenty of restaurants on International Drive that are within walking distance. Check out these blog posts for affordable restaurant options and nice dining options!
Breakfast: We offer a complimentary Grab n Go breakfast, which is great for our guests heading out to the parks. The breakfast provides a quick start consisting of juice, coffee, fruit and a pastry per each guest in your party. If you prefer a hot breakfast you can upgrade to a hot breakfast for a nominal fee.
Requests: We are more than willing to add any special requests to your reservation but please note that these are always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Packages: If you are shopping online and want us to receive your package for you, it will be our pleasure! For a nominal fee of $5.00 per package* you may have packages delivered to the hotel. The name on the package must match that of the resort reservation. In the event your package does not arrive prior to your departure date, packages may be forwarded with prior arrangements for an additional fee. The hotel will not be held responsible for misdirected or lost packages.
*Please note: For large or heavy packages or if the package needs the be held longer than 3 days before check-in there will be an additional charge. Standard packages are 14’”x 14″ x 8’”and weigh 3.5lbs (or less).
Baby care: Cribs are Pack n Play style and there is a charge of $5.00 per night for a crib. You can reserve a crib online during the reservation process or you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure the request for a crib is added to your reservation.
Park tickets/transportation: We offer concierge services at the hotel where you can purchase all your theme park tickets, dinner shows and sight-seeing tours. For your convenience you can also purchase all your tickets prior to arrival by contacting our reservations department at 866-756-3778.
Please note that if you booked your reservation through a travel agency, some of the things mentioned in the post might not be true for you. The travel agency might have arranged a different deal for your excursion, so please refer to you agent if you have specific questions on what it’s included in your package.
