Father’s Day in Orlando

If you are bringing Dad to Orlando to enjoy a vacation filled with family fun, he probably is already set to have the time of his life. Theme parks are a guaranteed way to celebrate any occasion, but we also have a few tips to help ensure your father will have the time of his life. Let the fun begin!

World of Beer– If your dad enjoys beer, you have to make a stop at the World of Beer at Lake Eola! They have 50 craft beers on tap and over 500 in the cooler! They used to just serve beer, but now they also offer a menu with delicious food! All of that with a beautiful view of Downtown Orlando’s Lake Eola.

Star Wars Weekend– if your dad is a movie affectionate, you can’t miss this awesome event at Disney. You’ll have the opportunity to get as close to the Force as you can during a galactic event packed with out-of-this-world entertainment, special fireworks and Character Greetings. The event happens every weekend from May 15 to June 14, 2015.

Bass Pro Shop– Dad loves nature? Check out the Father’s Day sale at this outdoor store and maybe even join in for a “Gone Fishing” event.  The Gone Fishing 2015 happens Saturdays and Sundays and has activities, giveaways and seminars to help your dad gain the knowledge and confidence to finally try fishing like a pro!

Car Masters Weekend Downtown Disney– Head to Disney Springs for an event that is about the cool autos. There will be meet and greets with Lightning McQueen, Mater and Finn McMissile, car shows, automotive world celebrities, and so much more. The best part? Admission and parking at Disney Springsy are free, and you get to take tons of awesome pictures!
