Macy’s Holiday Parade

Friday, December 5, 2014

Universal Studios Orlando turns into a holiday spectacular once December strikes. Join in the seasonal festivities as Universal Studios presents their annual Macy’s Holiday Parade on Saturday, December 6th. Mirroring the holiday cheer and joy from Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, this joyful scene features authentic floats and balloons straight from New York City.

No matter their age, your whole family is sure to enjoy this festive sight as entertainers dazzle with marching bands, holiday sing-alongs and Santa Claus himself. The fun doesn’t stop when the Parade comes to an end! Watch in wonder as Santa joins in a tree lighting ceremony with merry music, a beautiful display of lights, and the NYC Rockettes.

We want you to make sure you enjoy this Parade to the absolute fullest! For the most spectacular view, we have found that it is best to find a spot either in front of the Macy’s building or Revenge of the Mummy. This is where the lighting ceremony will be held, which puts you front and center for all of the dancing, singing and holiday merriment. Stay put as the entertainment comes to an end for the chance to take pictures with the infamous Rockettes right in front of the newly lit Christmas tree.
