Q: What is included in the Grab ’n Go breakfast?
A: Our Grab ’n Go is great for our guests heading out to the parks. The breakfast provides a quick start consisting of juice, coffee, fruit and a pastry per each person in your party.
Q: How many pools/hot tubs does your property offer and operations time?
A: We have 3 pools; an indoor 24 hour pool which is heated seasonally and 2 outdoor pools open from 8am-10 pm, one of which is heated seasonally.
Q: Do you offer any additional activities at the hotel?
A: We have a seasonal staySky Kids Club with fun filled structured activities as well as tennis lessons, scuba lessons, ping pong tables and more!
Q: Does your hotel provide transportation to the local attractions? If so, where to and what is the cost?
A: Yes, a complimentary shuttle is provided to the Universal, Wet ‘n Wild and SeaWorld Parks. Transportation to the Disney parks is available for a nominal fee. See our guest services desk for the shuttle schedules.
Q: Do any of your rooms have king beds or two queen/full beds in the room?
A: Our Deluxe Studio Suites offer a queen bed and full size sofa sleeper; while the 2 bedroom units have one queen bed, one full sofa sleeper and two twin size beds.
Q: Do you have Wifi?
A: Yes, we have complimentary password protected wifi. You can get the password at the front desk. If you haven’t brought your laptop with you, a business center is available for all your business needs. See Front desk for additional charges.
Q: Can the hotel accept packages for a guest not yet check-in?
A: There is a nominal handling fee of $5 per package, we do ask that packages arrive no earlier than 3 days before check-in. *The name on the package must match that of the resort reservation.
