Is my credit card charged when I make the reservation?

Yes, your credit card will be charged either a deposit or the full amount of the stay depending on what rate you select.  Please check the terms and conditions of the reservation prior to confirming for the exact deposit which applies to your reservation.  Please note:  Reservations made with a declined or invalid credit card are subject to cancellation.

Can I buy theme park tickets at the hotel?

Yes, you can purchase all theme park tickets, dinner show tickets, sight-seeing tours and transportation services through the guest service agent at the hotel. For you convenience you can also book your tickets prior to your arrival, please call 800-457-0077.

Is the swimming pool heated and what are the pool hours?

The Enclave Suites offers 3 pools at the resort, two outdoor and one indoor pool.  One of the outdoor pools is heated seasonally and the indoor pool is heated year round and open 24 hours.  The outdoor pools are open dawn to dusk.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, while we love our furry friends we do not allow pets, however service animals with documentation are accepted.

Can I check-in early or check-out late?

We do not offer early check-in or late check-out in advance.  Please feel free to note your arrival time on your reservation but, we cannot guarantee early check-in will be available even if it is noted.  Once you arrive at the hotel you can request a late check-out with the front desk.  If available, there may be a nominal fee charged for late check-outs.

Do you offer airport shuttle service?

We can arrange airport shuttle service through Resort Transportation.  Prices start from $45 one way for up to 5 people from Orlando International Airport to Enclave Suites.  To make a reservation for airport shuttle service please contact reservations at 800-457-0077 with all your flight information. We will then send you your transportation voucher; payment is required at time of booking this service.

How can I upgrade my room to a different room type?

If you decide to make a change to your reservation prior to the cancellation period such as a room upgrade, we would be more than happy to help you.  Email reservations@staysky.com or call 800-457-0077 for availability and upgrade costs.

I want to make sure that I am on a low floor or high floor?

We are more than willing to add any special requests to your reservation but please note that these are always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.  Please email reservations@staysky.com or note them at the time of your reservation.

Can I change my reservation at any time?

Any changes to your reservation can be made providing they are made within the terms of the cancellation policies & terms, please note that changes to a reservation can however result in rate changes.  To change or modify your reservation please email reservations@staysky.com or call 800-457-0077 and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I make additional payments?

Yes, if you wish to make additional payments on your reservation please contact our reservations department email reservations@staysky.com or call 800-457-0077 and we will be happy to assist you.

What are the cancellation terms on my reservation?

Cancellation terms and conditions are explained during the reservation process.  Our hotel policy is 72 hours prior to arrival you may cancel without penalty unless you reserve a non-cancellable or non-refundable reservation such as Advanced Purchase or Pay in Advance & Save.  Additionally group block reservations have a 7 day cancellation policy.  Cancellations made within cancellation period will forfeit the deposit on the reservation.

Do you offer any additional activities at the hotel?

We have a seasonal staySky Kids Club with fun filled structured activities as well as tennis lessons, scuba lessons, ping pong tables and more!  Ask at the front desk for more information about schedules and available activities during your stay.

Do any of your rooms have king beds or two queen/full beds in the room?

Our Deluxe Studio Suites offer one queen bed and a full size sleeper sofa.  The 2 bedroom suites offer one queen bed, one full size sleeper sofa and two twin size beds.  At this time, none of our suites offer a king size bed.

Can I have packages shipped to the hotel prior to my arrival?

For a nominal fee of $5.00 per package* you may have packages delivered to the resort.  The name on the package must match that of the resort reservation.  Payments for packages can be pre-paid by emailing reservations@staysky.com.  In the event your package does not arrive prior to your departure date, packages may be forwarded with prior arrangements for an additional fee.  The hotel will not be held responsible for misdirected or lost packages.

*Please note:  For large or heavy packages or if the package needs the be held longer than 3 days before check-in there will be an additional charge.  Standard packages are 14’”x 14″ x 8’”and weigh 3.5lbs (or less).

Is there free parking at the hotel?

Yes, parking is free for registered guests of the hotel.  Parking passes are required.

How far is the hotel to restaurants and shops?

The Enclave Suites offers a fabulous location just off International Drive; you can easily walk to restaurants and shops.  You can also hop on the I Ride Trolley and visit everything up and down I Drive.

Does the hotel offer complimentary shuttle service?

Yes, we offer complimentary shuttle service to Universal, SeaWorld and Wet N Wild.  A local fee applies for shuttle to Disney.  Visit this page for additional details.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, we offer a complimentary Grab ‘n Go breakfast which is great for our guests heading out to the parks. The breakfast provides a quick start consisting of juice, coffee, fruit and a pastry per each guest in your party.  If you prefer a hot breakfast you can upgrade to a hot breakfast for a nominal fee.  At the time of your reservation you can select the hot breakfast upgrade option.

Do you offer complimentary Wi-Fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi is complimentary and available in all guest rooms.

Is there a laundry service available?

There is a self-service laundry room which is coin operated or we can arrange for Valet Dry Cleaning if you prefer for a local fee.

Can we have an extra bed in the room?

We do not offer rollaway beds at this hotel; rooms can only accommodate the maximum occupancy for each room type based upon the bedding noted.

Do you have cribs?

Cribs are Pack n Play style and there is a charge of $5.00 per night for a crib.  You can reserve a crib online during the reservation process or you can email reservations@staysky.com  to ensure the request for a crib is added to your reservation.

Can I smoke in the hotel?

The Enclave Suites offers smoking rooms, please make this request at the time of your reservation.  Smoking is permitted on the outside balconies of all rooms.

What is the minimum age to stay at this hotel?

You must be 21 years of age to stay in this hotel without a parent or guardian, proof of age will be required at check-in.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am.

Just returned yesterday from a great 2 week stay at the enclave. We were allocated a refurbished room in building 1 which was really lovely, spacious and clean.
