Temporarily Suspended or Limited Services

  • Our Indoor Pool and Outdoor Pools are now open 9am – dusk.
  • Our Fitness Center is now open 9am – dusk
  • The Marketplace Pub – temporarily closed until further notice. We truly apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding.
  • The Marketplace Food Court – is temporarily closed until further notice.
  • Theme Park Shuttle Service – Shuttle service is suspended until further notice. We truly apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding.

We know the recent news and uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) may have you taking a deeper look into your current travel plans and future reservations.  Whether you have already booked your hotel stay with us or are looking ahead for upcoming travel, we wanted to let you know that we understand your concerns.

Our first priority is the safety of our guests, staff members, owners and travel partners.  We continue to urge you to follow the guidelines established by the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and your local health authorities.

I would like to share a few updates that might help as you consider your next visit:

Providing a safe and clean environment for all our guests and team members is always a top priority– even more so today. We remain committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and want you to feel at ease when you visit our hotels, knowing you’ll experience the quality you expect.

The below precautionary response measures are helping us continue to provide a safe and clean environment for our valued guests and staff members:

  • Comprehensive COVID-19 guidance from the CDC is in place, detailing how to protect against transmission of the virus.
  • Our staff have been instructed on CDC guidelines regarding cleanliness to include sanitation and hand-washing requirements that are in place. 
  • In addition to our regular daily cleaning of public areas; emphasis has been placed on increased frequency with special attention paid to door handles, elevator buttons, handrails, and surface areas.
  • In suite cleaning schedules have been enhanced, to include using recommended sanitizing cleaners as well as disinfectants.   

Our ongoing goal and mission is to provide you with a level of comfort that we are doing our part by providing additional precautionary measures at this time.   

We believe in responsible and safe travel while staying vigilant and following the recommended procedures and protocols by (WHO), the (CDC), and local authorities.
