We know the recent news and uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) may have you taking a deeper look into your current travel plans and future reservations.  Whether you have already booked your hotel stay with us or are looking ahead for upcoming travel, we wanted to let you know that we understand your concerns.

Our first priority is the safety of our guests, staff members, owners and travel partners.  We continue to urge you to follow the guidelines established by the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and your local health authorities.

I am reaching out on behalf of the staySky Hotels & Resorts family to assure you that in times of uncertainty surrounding travel; again, your safety and wellbeing remain our highest priority. Given the rapidly changing information on travel restrictions and cancelled or postponed public events; we want you to know that we are monitoring the situation closely, keeping those who are affected in our hearts, and are listening carefully to information provided by local, state and federal health authorities.

I would like to share a few updates that might help as you consider your next visit:

Providing a safe and clean environment for all our guests and team members is always a top priority– even more so today. We remain committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and want you to feel at ease when you visit our hotels, knowing you’ll experience the quality you expect.

The below precautionary response measures are helping us continue to provide a safe and clean environment for our valued guests and staff members:

  • Comprehensive COVID-19 guidance from the CDC is in place at all locations, detailing how to protect against transmission of the virus.
  • Our staff have been instructed on CDC guidelines regarding cleanliness to include sanitation and hand-washing requirements that are in place. 
  • In addition to our regular daily cleaning of public areas; emphasis has been placed on increased frequency with special attention paid to door handles, elevator buttons, handrails, and surface areas.
  • In suite cleaning schedules have been enhanced, to include using recommended sanitizing cleaners as well as disinfectants.   

Our ongoing goal and mission is to provide you with a level of comfort that we are doing our part by providing additional precautionary measures at this time.   

We believe in responsible and safe travel while staying vigilant and following the recommended procedures and protocols by (WHO), the (CDC), and local authorities.

Current Limited Services

  • Our Pools remain open although subject to change without notice.

 

Temporarily Discontinued Services

  • Our Fitness Center will be closed until further notice.
  • The Marketplace Pub – Due to changes as outlined by the CDC, The Marketplace Pub will be temporarily closed until further notice. We truly apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding.
  • Theme Park Shuttle Service – In order to minimize the spread of the coronavirus, Walt Disney World® Theme Parks, Universal Orlando Resort, and SeaWorld will be closed beginning March 16th. As a result, there will be no shuttle service until the theme parks re-open.
  • Lost and Found – For everyone’s health and safety, we may not be able to hold on to “lost and found” items. Please make sure you have all of your belongings before checking out so nothing gets left behind. Thank you for your understanding.
