Refunds: Due to the unprecedented volume of travel disruptions, refunds may take 6-8 weeks to process. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
Temporarily Discontinued or Limited Services
- Our Indoor Pool and Outdoor Pool 1 are now open. Our other Outdoor Pools and Jacuzzis are still closed until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Our Fitness Center is now open.
- The Marketplace Pub – Due to changes as outlined by the CDC, The Marketplace Pub will be temporarily closed until further notice. We truly apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding.
- Theme Park Shuttle Service – In order to minimize the spread of the coronavirus, there will be no shuttle service until further notice. We truly apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding.
- Lost and Found – For everyone’s health and safety, we may not be able to hold on to “lost and found” items. Please make sure you have all of your belongings before checking out so nothing gets left behind. Thank you for your understanding.
