Orlando Hotel Suites FAQs

Our Studio Suites offer one queen bed and a full size sleeper sofa. The 2 bedroom suites offer one queen bed, one full size sleeper sofa and two twin size beds. At this time, none of our suites offer a king size bed.

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am.

You must be 21 years of age to stay in this hotel without a parent or guardian, proof of age will be required at check-in.

Smoking is not permitted in hotel suites. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor smoking locations including guest balconies with the sliding door closed. Should evidence of smoking be discovered inside your suite, a $250 fee will be assessed and charged to the credit card on file.

Cannabis: We expect all guests staying at Enclave Suites to be aware of and adhere to all applicable laws and hotel policies regarding the use of cannabis and related products in accordance with the Florida Statue which does not allow for the smoking of cannabis, regardless of medical status, in any public area. Public areas at this hotel include the pool area, parking area, building corridors and courtyards, and all other areas, indoor and outdoor, throughout the property. Further to this policy, smoking of any kind is prohibited within any indoor space, including the guests’ rooms. Designated smoking areas are located around the property for tobacco use only. Violations of this policy will result in fines of up to $250 and eviction from the property.

Cribs are Pack n Play style and there is a charge of $5.00 per night for a crib. You can reserve a crib online during the reservation process or you can email to ensure the request for a crib is added to your reservation.

We do not offer rollaway beds at this hotel. Rooms can only accommodate the maximum occupancy for each room type based upon the bedding noted.

There is a self-service laundry room which is coin operated. Laundry facilities are located on the 3rd and 4th floor of each building.

Yes, Wi-Fi is complimentary and available in all guest rooms.

You can schedule round-trip theme park shuttle service for everyone in your party for a nominal per person fee.

Yes, parking is free for registered guests of the hotel. Parking passes are required.

For a nominal fee of $5.00 per package* you may have packages delivered to the resort. The name on the package must match that of the resort reservation. In the event your package does not arrive prior to your departure date, packages may be forwarded with prior arrangements for an additional fee. The hotel will not be held responsible for misdirected or lost packages.

*Please note: For large or heavy packages or if the package needs the be held longer than 3 days before check-in there will be an additional charge. Standard packages are 14’”x 14″ x 8’”and weigh 3.5lbs (or less).

Cancellation terms and conditions are explained during the reservation process. Our hotel policy is 72 hours prior to arrival. You may cancel without penalty unless you reserve a non-cancellable or non-refundable reservation, such as Advanced Purchase or Pay in Advance & Save. Additionally, group block reservations have a 7 day cancellation policy. Cancellations made within cancellation period will forfeit the deposit on the reservation.

Any changes to your reservation can be made providing they are made within the terms of the Cancellation Policies & Terms. Please note that changes to a reservation can result in rate changes. We are more than willing to add any special requests to your reservation, but please note that these are always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please email or note them at the time of your reservation.

If you decide to make a change to your reservation prior to the cancellation period, such as a room upgrade, we would be more than happy to help you. Email or call 800-457-0077 for availability and upgrade costs.

The Enclave Suites does not offer an airport shuttle however, there are many options available to you at the airport from taxis and shuttles to ride sharing services.  Once you arrive at the airport and collect your baggage look for the signs to ground transportation.

We do not offer early check-in or late check-out in advance. Please feel free to note your arrival time on your reservation, but we cannot guarantee early check-in will be available even if it is noted. Once you arrive at the hotel, you can request a late check-out with the front desk. If available, there may be a nominal fee charged for late check-outs.

Unfortunately, while we love our furry friends we do not allow pets; however, service animals with documentation are accepted.

The Enclave Suites offers 3 pools at the resort, two outdoor and one indoor pool. One of the outdoor pools is heated seasonally and the indoor pool is heated year round  All pools are open 9am – dusk.

Yes, you can purchase all theme park tickets, dinner show tickets, sight-seeing tours and transportation services through the guest service agent at the hotel. For you convenience you can also book your tickets prior to your arrival, please call 800-457-0077.

Yes. Your credit card will be charged, either a deposit or the full amount of the stay, depending on what rate you select. Please check the Terms and Conditions of the reservation prior to confirming for the exact deposit which applies to your reservation.

Please note: Reservations made with a declined or invalid credit card are subject to cancellation.
